David Streubel practices business law, including commercial litigation, business transactions, antitrust law, and white-collar criminal defense. He has represented clients in a wide variety of business and commercial disputes and has litigated complex matters in state and federal courts around the country, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Streubel has counseled and brought actions for and against corporations, partnerships, and individuals in a broad range of business disputes involving, for example, control of public and private entities, antitrust, breach of contract, securities issues, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, legal malpractice, RICO, lender liability, and employment relationships. Mr. Streubel also has defended businesses and businesspersons in state and federal criminal matters and parallel civil proceedings. In civil cases, he has represented clients such as the Arizona Cardinals, the Miami Dolphins, B.F. Goodrich, H.R. Textron, Dairy Farmers of America, Crane Company, Magna Bancshares, and the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. In white-collar criminal cases, Mr. Streubel has represented corporate clients such as the pipeline subsidiary of a major oil company and individual clients such as the creator of the infomercial.

Mr. Streubel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Courts of New Mexico, Illinois, and Missouri, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and Eighth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Mexico, the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Missouri. He is and has been rated an AV attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating.

Mr. Streubel received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis where he was a law review articles editor and moot court finalist. He also received a B.S. and M.A. from the University of Missouri. Before entering private practice, Mr. Streubel served as a law clerk to the Honorable William L. Hungate, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
